Shipping and returns

Do you ship world-wide? 
Absolutely, we ship orders word-wide with UPS. Additional charges might occur when ordering from outside the EU. Please check our shipping policy for more information. 

How can i track my order?
Your products will be delivered through UPS. After we have dispatched your parcel, you will receive an automated email stating a track & trace number so you can easily follow the whereabouts of your parcel.

Where are you located and where do you ship from?
We are located in Malmö - Sweden, which is also the location we assemble and quality check our products, as well as prepare and ship your orders.  

How long does it usually take before my order arrives? 
Normally your order should arrive within 4 to 5 business days. Please check our shipping policy for more information. 

What is your return and refund policy? 
You can return your order within 14 days after receiving it. We provide a refund - no questions asked. Return shipping fees might apply, please check our refund policy

When will my order be shipped? 
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after your payment has been approved by the payment service of your choice. Orders are shipped on workdays, meaning orders placed on Saturday / Sunday / public holidays, will be processed the next possible workday. 


What is the warranty period?
We provide a 3 year warranty on any manufacturing defect. Wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
